I contacted Cass Plumbing on a Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. I immediately got a text message informing me who the Service Professional was going to be with a photograph so I know who to expect. Maurice contacted me at 8:30 a.m. and told me he was in route and would be at my home within the hour. He showed up in 45 minutes, extremely professional and assessed the problem with my water heater. He gave me an estimate which I agreed to and the replacement of my water heater began immediately.
