We had a toilet clog that backed up the sewer line into our shower. I will say they were very fast to respond and get someone out here same day. I know pricing for same day weekend service is higher but they were very high and their quotes for other future projects were very high compared to other companies. The plumber snaked the drain from our toilet and damaged our doorway and clean up was mediocre. The guy was at least friendly and professional. Came within an hour of the service call and explained in detail what was wrong. Was in and out in approx 30 minutes and got us back with hot water! Highly recommend!!!

I have already recommended cass to another person that I work with. Even though I decided to go with a tank versus tankless I was overwhelmed that they were able to not only give me an estimate on the same day I called but they were also able to install my water heater the same day. The service for this company was exceptional I would recommend anyone go with this Plumbing outfit very good business.

There was quite a bit of work to be done, however they did not come to the property prepared, so they had to pick up parts and return to do the work. It would have been nice if the estimator would have taken photos so the plumbers were ready to work the first time. They did a great job regardless.
