I contacted Cass Plumbing on a Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. I immediately got a text message informing me who the Service Professional was going to be with a photograph so I know who to expect. Maurice contacted me at 8:30 a.m. and told me he was in route and would be at my home within the hour.
