I contacted Cass Plumbing on a Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. I immediately got a text message informing me who the Service Professional was going to be with a photograph so I know who to expect. Maurice contacted me at 8:30 a.m. and told me he was in route and would be at my home within the hour. He showed up in 45 minutes, extremely professional and assessed the problem with my water heater. He gave me an estimate which I agreed to and the replacement of my water heater began immediately. Fine company Did what’s right
I talked to the owner over the phone regarding a complaint on a weekend (Sunday). He took all my info over the phone and made sure they attend to my sewer line problem first. The next morning he sent his technician Rolan to fix my problem. Super nice guy. He came on time & fixed my sewer line. I will recommend them for any plumbing problem you have.
