Cass Plumbing responded to my request quickly and had a tech at our home that morning. Richard did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. He advised me that the water heater was still under warranty and after verifying the return policy, brought it to the distributor and returned with a new unit. First class service.

Steve came out for an estimate and was able to find the leak inside the wall, He was not able to repair that day so he called into the office to schedule a repair for following morning. Received a call a few hours later that a tech was freed up and wanted to send them out to repair instead of waiting for the following day. Great service as repair and water leak stopped. Richard W did the repair work and he was OUTSTANDING. Will definitely use them for all future plumbing projects.
