They did not fix my clogged plumbing and suggested taking out a wall and replacing piping for lots of money. I called another plumber and they fixed everything in 30 minutes.

As I said before their rates is high due probably for having to pay Angi fees for using them.
I?m not a plumber but soon as plumber walked in he said it?s leaking from element and said I have to replace the entire hot water heater. I noticed on some places they said you can fix the element and it?s not that expensive. So now my mind is saying I paid too much when I could of fixed for cheap. But my mind is also saying I got a new one and hopefully the problem doesn?t happen for some time.

I had a broken drain pipe. The technician came and and once he figured out what it was, he looked for the part. He said that they were not allowed to use Home Depot or Lowe's so he used a small business to buy the part. I had stopped in from work to talk to him and went back to work. He called and stated they were out of the type of drain plug I needed but he purchased a different one that you can push to engage or disengage. Hired them to snake out the sewage line because it was backing up. Used them previously with no issues. They came in, but could not find the clean out line, and had to go to the roof to sneak it out. After $450, I was told they still needed to do the camera work to see where the pipe breakage was due to tree roots. Paid them another $275 for the camera work. and they came back with a proposal of $2175 to build a new clear out line and hydro jetting.
