Cass plumbing has replaced my garbage disposal as well as my water heater. I hired them to install a new burst washing machine hose as well as put on new water heater valves. And I just hired them to replace the bathroom tub faucet. Specifically I hire Richard with Cass plumbing and he enters my place without me their bills me fairly. The good news is that they completed the job and fixed the leaking toilet. The bad news is that they are VERY expensive. What I found a little shady is that over the phone, they would not quote a ballpark estimate advising that they needed to see it first. When the technician was there, he advised it was a flat fee of $250. Even when asked how much of that was parts vs. labor, he advised that it was just a standard flat fee. I understand everyone needs to make a living but I truly do not understand how changing out 2 faucet valves under the sink can cost $175 per valve even after a $75 discount. The contractor did a good job and correctly but the prices are outrageous.
They do not charge by the hour, they charge by each project and it seemed like they are all the same price! Very pricy!

How do you look an old man straight in the eye and say that replacing 2 plastic parts in your toilet tank will be $250.00 and not even blink. The parts were $10.00 and it was done in 20 minutes. That means the labor was $750.00 / hour.
Paid $200 to have a bathroom faucet installed and sink still not connected to the vanity, employee didn't know how to do caulking when I called to complain.
