Excellent work except for hole left in wall from job. Additional charge for fixing it, so we did it ourselves because their pricing was high.
On time, took extra care, plumber appeared to be somewhat of a perfectionist, which is always a good thing with plumbing. Would use again.
the plumber identified the problem very quickly which was minor.it was only a loose screw and he was somewhat embarrassed to charge us anything for the call.we did however pay him.

My project was a new hot water heater. They offered me the price of a repair vs a replacement. My job appeared abnormally tough (location, would not drain). The plumber worked hard and got the job with amazing quality. I’m very happy with the final results. Thanks Cass. Done with class.

I was given an estimate that was literally 6 times higher than the one Cass Plumbing gave me. I instantly trusted Cass Plumbing to be fair and to do the best job possible. Still trying to figure out where Best Plumbing came up with $12,000 estimate while Cass did the job for $1,900!
