I am sorry I can not give Cass Plumbing a good rating. First off, Brian in the office would not give me a flat rate for any work to be done. He also told me I would get a $75 gift card for any work done. The repairman, Robert was on time. When he tried to remove the cartridge from the Moen tub faucet, it broke off. He then tried to remove the broken piece of the cartridge and he broke his tool in the process. Now the only thing to do was replace the entire faucet. Found and fixed issue. No sink overflows so far.
Came out at night to check clog they arrived quickly but wanted to charge over $450 to snake drain line on roof and they don't do septic tanks which would've been great if discussed prior to the coming out for nothing. So it was a waste of time
Exorbitant prices. I hired this business to repair a hole in my water pipe. I was charged $2150 for the job. The employees were here 3 hours one of which they were gone to purchase materials. At $2150 that means I was charged approximately $1000 per hour. I asked for an itemized statement so I could better understand the charges which I never received. I would NEVER hire Cass Plumbing again.
Maurice the plumber was great. Gave me the price up front, installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. No leaks. All good. I almost did not go thru with it.. because of the price he told me. I was quoted a price of $155 when I solicited a quote on Angi. I subsequently spoke with at least three different people representing Cass Plumbing. Booked the job and made the appointment. They contacted me when they had a cancellation so instead of getting the job done on Monday, it was finished on Thursday
Person came through my garage during the estimate and getting someone to repair the damage it is taken three in half weeks to get someone to do complete the repair. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Incredibly frustrating experience.
Did good quality work once they showed up. Over four hours late and they did try to contact me about it. They should have just sent someone else, but... Hired them to replace the shower pan. After about an hour or so, the plumber tells me the drain was all rusted and the bolts broke and wanted me to pay $750 to repair the drain. That got cut down to $350 after I remined them about being late! Don't let people take advantage of you. If you think you are being swindled, you probably are!
