Still have the clog going to need to call back a third time.
I felt that they were overpriced for what they were putting in almost $1000 for a changing of a toilet let me know because I know that that's not a hard job but when they kept telling me that this is going to cost us this is gonna cost that I felt like I was being taken I'm sorry but if that's your regular price I will not be calling you back next time I'll change out my own toilet
The service men were ahead of schedule, followed health protocols and even completed the warranty. A+
Do not use Cass Plumbing. Never finished the job . Wanted more money than was quoted. and the faucet that they installed leaks underneath.
$450 to repair one piece of PVC pipe. One hole in the pipe. Materials $7.00 labor for 30 minutes $443. Seems fair? Way to take advantage of a disabled veteran.
The serviceman explained the problem and charges very clearly.
They quoted $200 but charged $575.
