Excellent overall experience! We had an emergency issue in our kitchen and they came in the window they provided us! Hard workers, amazing communication and reasonable proving!!!

Cass plumbing was able to replace my water heater the same day on a Saturday. Very professional staff. Gave me a quote prior to the installation. I was told that due to my water heater using propane , itâ s a bit more expensive than natural gas which I wasnâ t aware and appreciated their feedback. I will definitely use them again if I need and highly recommend them.
