A little expensive, but very professional work
They were able to come out same day. Provided a free estimate after inspecting the issue and didn't try to up sell me for things I didn't need.
Replaced a cast-iron drain and a portion of a cast-iron stack in my 1923 house. It was a difficult job working in tight spaces under the house but the plumber (Frank) was very experienced and did great work. This was an emergency repair and the office did everything they could to fit me into their busy schedule. Much appreciated!
They stayed on the schedule , was on time and pleasant to me. I thought the price was high but I did two estimates. They were a little higher but provided the inspections which I was required to get.
Lee did an extremely professional job and was more than courteous. I will absolutely use Cass Plumbing for my next plumbing job.
