The techs were professional, knowledgeable of the job. The team did an outstanding job of rebuilding two toilets and repairing a leak under .the kitchen sink. I would hire them again.

Excellent Service. SvcTech Lee arrived on time and ready to troubleshoot my concern. Tech Lee arrived COVID COMPLIANT. Tech Lee quickly diagnosis my concern. A previous company came out and said I needed a new gas hot water heater because cold water flowed from both cold and hot water taps. Tech Lee quickly noted Pilot light was out. Tech Lee is honest and fast. I now have hot water. I strongly recommend Cass Plumbing and Tech Lee. Thanks
Repairman came out the next day. He analyzed the problem as being less serious than I had expected. He also offered suggestion for future system maintenance. Pricing seemed a little high, but repair seems to have solved the issue so far.
