Excellent service. Explained the issue and went the extra mile to fix, including a trip to purchase a part needed. Entertained our son when the job was finished. The professional even recommended an electrician to fix an issue noticed.

Cass plumbing was able to replace my water heater the same day on a Saturday. Very professional staff. Gave me a quote prior to the installation. I was told that due to my water heater using propane , itâ s a bit more expensive than natural gas which I wasnâ t aware and appreciated their feedback. I will definitely use them again if I need and highly recommend them.
