Was installed so far all is good..kinda pricey but itâ s not something I could have done myself..
They responded quickly and repaired the problem. They were also courteous.
Very personable and open plumber. He came in and gave me an estimate for free. The estimate was straight forward and exactly what I paid at the end, they made no attempts to hide fees or service charges at all and were more than willing to explain the pricing to me.

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND ****I was very appreciative of the honesty the installer advised that I didn?t need a new toilet just a new pump saving me a few hundred dollars. In my 2nd bathroom a new tools had already been purchased the install was quick and there was no mess left behind! Thanks Cass Plumbing? I will call again with any future needs!
