Our technician, called â  the hammerâ  (because he hammers home customer service). Was amazing! We so appreciate the honest, hard work, along with a smile. :-) We will definitely be calling upon Cass plumbing again when needed!!
They set my time for 5-7 p.m., because it was a last minute/same day request and told me they'd call if they had a CX, they got me in at 1 p.m. Maurice was all I could ask for. I got money off for being a 1st time customer, and I was surprisedly happy with the bill. I would recommend them to anyone.
