The guy who did the estimate was great and I wish he did the actual work. The two that came out were polite, on time, and professional. The work they did was fine. My only minor issues were they could have cleaned up a little better (some debris on the sink and in the adjacent tub); they did not leave me the owners manual that came with the product. I downloaded one online so it worked out fine. I needed the manual to know how to pair the remote with the toilet and the manual explained the various sensors on it. Minor issues... read more
Office staff was very polite and helpful and was very willing to accommodate my specific time schedule. The technicians who came to my home arrived at the time specified to do the repairs. They were polite and respectful and did excellent work, as always. They were very willing to answer my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I love doing business with them
