Rich was great! Very personable, gave my dog a snack and installed my faucet in about 30mins. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Hope to have him again as my service technician if I need to call Cass in the future!
bill (chief plumber, 35 years experience) and jonathan (assistant) were prompt, gave the estimate, and performed the work swiftly, and professionally. personable and polite. i will, i'm sure, call on Cass again. They came right away and fixed the problem!
I was suppose to have evening appt, but they had opening in afternoon, so they came early. Gave me quote, which never changed. The 2 young men were very professional and got the job completed.
