Though Cass charges a premium in order to offer a 20% "discount" to "members," I believe the quality of products is obvious. Furthermore, their workmen--if they are all like Louis--are exceptional: courteous, quiet, efficient and knowledgeable. If all companies providing services all residents need were like Cass Plumbing, life would be considerably less troublesome. Thanks and cheers!
