Victor and his assistant were very professional and great. The office staff was also very professional when talking on the phone. I really appreciated the 75 dollar discount as a first time Customer!
Victor and Brian did an excellent job removing the old stubborn hot water heater and then installing the new one.
Plumber arrived on time and was friendly. Explained what he was doing.
Rich was great! Very personable, gave my dog a snack and installed my faucet in about 30mins. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Hope to have him again as my service technician if I need to call Cass in the future!
