They came early, and they solved the problem.
Laz, the plumber who did the work is outstanding in every regard. Right on time and straight forward and helpful. I would definitely call and ask for him if I needed it in the future. Cass is an excellent company which performs quality work at a fair price. Very, very pleased!

quality of work was great
Cass Plumbing was responsive to our request for service. Showed flexibility when we had to request push back the scheduled appoint several times. They repaired the broken pipe in wall and replaced 2 bathtub drains that we provided. Service was excellent. Seemed a bit pricey but isn't that what we always think about the cost of plumbers?
This is the third project we have done with them. A tankless hot water heater, and another toilet issue. Office is outstanding and the service crews,polite and extremely professional. Switching to this company best sub I've hired.
