They were on time, polite and kept me informed on what they found and the cost of repairs.
The job started with the R&R of the washer outlet box that became a problem with pex water line but Lazarus, the plumber, took the time to do it right. Then I had him install two new toilets and again, Lazarus did it right! As a homeowner/handymen I had a working knowledge of the jobs and I am happy with the results.
The needed repair and the cost were clearly explained.
No issues with the work Cleveland did. He presented options and I took the repair he quoted. The issue I had was this was a scheduled appointment, but because earlier jobs ran long, I was not contacted to let me know how late it was going to be. I would have appreciated a call from Brian letting me know that the appointment window would not be met.
I hired them to do a hydro jet clean out and clean out install on my main septic line. They were very professional and responsive to my questions. Hopefully this will keep the system clean for years to come as the technicians indicated.
Plumber was very polite. Did a fine job.
