Very professional and treats you like your family. The plumbers that were sent over for our 3 projects were knowledgeable and just downright nice guys. Highly highly recommend them.
I had a positive experience. The hall toilet was draining slowly but the toilets were very old. So instead of repairing, they gave me a decent price and I had two toilets replaced both in the hall bathroom and the master bathroom.

Seron was the plumber Cass plumbing sent to our home, he was very nice and very knowledgeable. Very very efficient, talked us through every phase of what was going on and was up front with cost. No hidden fees, and non surprises. I would definitely call this company again should I need anything plumbing related.
