They did a lot of work in my house including installing a basin, a new hot water heater, a new toilet, replacing all valves, and other plumbing work. They were very thorough and their work outstanding.

The technician Richard is vey knowledgeable about everything that has to do with plumbing. He also install a dishwasher.
Rich was a fantastic repair tech. Had the best personality you could ever meet. He had the job completed in no time and everything works great.
Customer service was nice they explained everything to me fully and did the job they said they were going to do very happy
My technician was awesome and took a little extra time to educate me on maintenance tips so that my hot water heater drainage valve would not get clogged up with sediment, which is an issue here in FL. The job was not an emergency but Cass Plumbing responded within minutes to my inquiry on HomeAdvisor as well as the owner picked up when I called - on a Sunday. I cannot be happier with the service and will keep them in mind for my plumbing needs going forward.
Plumbers are always expensive but I needed a professional to install my new natural gas outdoor grill. I would not have trusted a non-professional to do the job correctly.
