First, the sale rep was not at all pushy. I couldn't make a decision on the spot and he very nicely said to just let them know if I choose. This is unheard of. And once I scheduled, the service tech was simply wonderful. Very professional, friendly and quite frankly happy - I could tell he was passionate about his job and desire to provide the greatest level of customer service.
