Our toilet was wobbly and leaking a little. Anthony gave us 2 prices upfront the lower one if we only needed a new wax seal and a higher one if we needed a new flange also. It turned out we only needed a new wax seal and bolts. He worked quickly, neatly and cleaned up at the end. Gave me clear instructions on not using the toilet for 12 to 24 hrs for the fixture to settle down by gravity and for the tile grout to set. I don't like to give a 5 star rating too quickly since the work was just done yesterday but so far so good. They showed up on time and I had a new water heater installed that day. For that I was grateful. I'm not sure if I got a good price or not since I didn't have the opportunity to shop around with our water leaking all over the garage.

I was very impressed for emergency weekend service. The communication was outstanding, they had our water on in no time, with was priceless having a 94 year old in our home! Everyone we we dealt with was great! Highly recommend!

installer was very nice. only thing I did not like was the the room heater was in was flooded. but I thought room had drain.
