The two service men were wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers. I appreciated their extra efforts to practice high standards for our health and theirs.
The plumber Cass sent was awesome. Explained everything to me in great detail to make sure I understood exactly what was going on. Very friendly and conscientious. I would definitely call them back and recommend them to others.
