They showed up promptly - which is what we needed at the time. Did a very professional job and I was impressed with the quality of the Customer Relation given by the representative of Cass Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone.
We are new homebuyers and did not want to touch our hot water heater without an expert coming out to take a look. Cass Plumbing worked with our schedule and fixed the problem within a few minutes.
MAURICE DID THE INSTALLATION AND HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY AND HAD A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL BOX AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED AND HE CAME BACK BUT COULD NOT LOCATE THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM BUT HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO STAY UNTIL SOMEONE CAME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
They are very responsive on timing (needing things to be scheduled and done quickly) and also good communicators about time of arrival.
He was prompt and professional. It was expensive but did the job.
Had an emergency on Saturday morning. Billy came and fixed the problem and was very very well mannered and cognizant of keeping my floors clean when entering my house. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.
