Great technician!
gave me good prices and service tech was supper almost did not give them a chance since changed my appointment and did not let me know but they will fix my problem in the near future
Technician Rich was very good
Prompt, efficient and friendly.
They were very professional. The first plumber didn't have all the equipment to fix the issue so he called another one to bring it. He apologized many times for that which I though was very courteous. The drain was fixed and has been working great ever since!
Cass plumbing was outstanding. We needed someone quickly on the weekend and they were available, affordable and with outstanding quality and customer service

This was a very difficult job. The crew spent all day on it, had to buy a new tool, and even had blowback hit them both in the face. What's even more amazing is that I only heard of this from the person I asked to be present during their work! Not only was the extra labor and tool not charged, but when I spoke to the plumbers, they did not even bring up the inconvenience!
