Customer service was great-from initial call to completion. They were able to schedule me sooner than I expected. The installer Richard was prompt, knowledgeable , and courteous. Though the cost was a little higher than I had hoped. I was highly satisfied with the the staff and the professional installation and would certainly recommend them.

They were very good, expensive but when there was a leak in the bathroom from the toilet or shut-off valve they sent someone out the very next day within a couple of hours after I contacted company on the internet. put the missing valve in for the shower/tub faucet as well, part was very hard to find.

My hot water heater started leaking and they showed up same day. The heater was old and needed to be replaced. They replaced the heater next morning. Talk about quick service! Amazing!

Guys came in did a professional job without any delays. Cass plumbing does off a military discount which saved me dollars. Would call back for other work.

OK work. Plumbing has become very expensive, even for simple jobs. If I had the time, I would have done it myself.
