They provided basic service. There wasn?t anything extraordinary. My issue was couldn?t turn off the shower water, needed to replace the cartridge in the handle. Wasn?t happy with the poor communication. The guy was supposed to have called prior to arriving and didn?t he just showed up. I?m glad he came but I had started calling around for another company since he hadn?t confirmed after an hour or so of me calling.
