Good customer service and great quality work.
Make sure you ask about options and read the reviews on the models they recommend. I would have liked a more high end hot water heater but the cost and return on investment was a little high. Overall they answered my questions and gave the information I sought freely and promptly.
The gentleman that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable thank you so much for not overcharging like Matt� s plumbing would never recommend
They were scheduled between 10:00 am and 12:00, but called about 11:55 that they would be late. They showed up at about 12:45. I really appreciate when workers respect the scheduling they gave their clients. It is not nice being waiting for so long when you have a sick person at home. Their job was well done. No complaints about that part.
Brian was wonderful. Texted me when he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in no time. I have already told my neighbors, if you need a Plumber call Cass Plumbing.
I called them and they arrived in 25 minutes. Did the job at the quoted price. I was very satisfied
The work was good and fully explained to us. The price was higher than others but the company was very responsive when an issue with the granite installation arose. The plumbers had to stop work due to this issue but returned promptly the next day to finish up.
