The work was good and fully explained to us. The price was higher than others but the company was very responsive when an issue with the granite installation arose. The plumbers had to stop work due to this issue but returned promptly the next day to finish up.

Received a call from a gentleman saying he received the lead from Angi and they give free estimates and if we went with them they would give a $75 gift card to use anywhere we would like. Scheduled the repair which was delayed a day, estimate given used service but no gift card, was told to call the office then changed to oh I took it off your bill. Didn't receive a receipt was told it would be emailed, still no receipt. Shower is fixed.

Prompt and friendly service. Replaced and installed a completely new water heater within a few hours. Did a little research on replacing a water heater prior to Louis coming and I felt the price was fair.
