We loved having Cass out to instal our new water heater. They did an excellent job and their technicians were both knowledgeable and professional. My only suggestion for improvement would be to up the communication with text confirmations and/or email. They communicated verbally very well, but when I forget things, it?s nice to know I can find times and days in an email/text confirmation. 10/10 would use Cass again. Thank you all.

Great work
I was given a reasonable quote to have a leak repaid. I also decided to have a water heater replaced at the same time. Had several quotes but went with Cass as they were reasonable and gave me options. Lui was very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Completed the work in a reasonable time. He kept me informed during the process and also insured that the leak and water heater were replaced and repaired to my satisfaction before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing concerns.
Expensive and he did not clean off the old caulking before and after replacing toilet wax ring.
