What a great experience. I ran into one of the best sales guys in the industry RK.!! he helped me with finding exactly the boot that I needed the right size the right fit and let me tell you the experience was amazing. He took the time to show me different styles and different comfort ranges along with price ranges . I'll be coming back to this store to get every boot that I purchased from here on out. Visited Texas and had to get a pair of boots. Charlie helped me find the pair of boot for me, I really appreciated the hospitality that was given. The store was quite big and had a bunch of boots, hats, clothes , etc... I ended up getting an Anderson Bean boot which was $370 plus tax, hopefully it will last a long time. Overall it was a nice shop with good staff helping me with my purchase

I walked into Cavender's and got great help from a older boot expert right on the spot! He helped us get into the perfect set of boots, and gave us great advice on boot care. Our family will be coming back to Cavenders!

Since I've started wearing boots this has been my third trip to this location. Service and easy of help for boots, belts, clothing and other accessories has always been great. People that work here are very helpful and friendly which is a big plus in my book. They have the best wide selection on name brand western wear that you could possibly want and a very large selection of well made boots. This is for sure my favorite place to go for all my western wear needs.

my wife and I were able to find what we needed very easily so product-wise, we are very happy there. I take umbridge with the cashier who refused to speak to my wife. she was buying gifts for her side of the family so she was paying. she handed the card to the cashier and he kept saying "sir" and looking directly at me. very sexist and/or stupid

What a great store. Take your time, relax, and try on well-made, top brand, gorgeous boots! They carry a wide variety of name brands (including Lucchese!!) They also have a nice variety of western wear and hats. Employees are friendly and eager to help. The store is clean and the inventory is well laid out. If you join their mailing list family, you'll receive 10% off! Now that's a great value!

Cavanders Boots City was the best of all the west Cowboy boots shirts blouses belts etc etc. Most of the employees was very nice warm welcoming as well? But I can tell before the end of the shift you can sense and see that they are exhausted tired and ready to go home? I encounter one employee that was mean ass and seems like she doesn't wanna be bother because she has a million boots to display or organize as well? Needed some work FR clothes and boots. Not a big shopper, so really wasn't looking forward to it.Pat met me at the door and helped me grab boots, pants, work shirts, and a jacket. Couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, and it only took about 30 mins to get everything I needed. Had a problem using the voucher my work gave me, but the manager called corporate and got it sorted out in no time. Will definitely be back next time I need some more work clothes.

They have a nice selection with varying price ranges so you don't have to break the bank. I only looked at boots since the jeans I kept checking were a bit on the expensive side. Great customer service.
