Awesome stop for your cowgirl wear!!! Great boot selection and all in different ranges so a little something for everyone. I got a pair of Dan Post boots and they are like wearing slippers. Really comfortable. The staff was knowledgable about the boots and brands. Can't go wrong!!

This is a great store. It has by far, the best Anderson Bean selection in DFW. After having a lack-luster experience with the staff at the Plano location. I came to the Hurst location and was immediately met by Tiffany. Tiffany was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I briefly explained some of the issues I was having and Tiffany immediately went to work. She went above and beyond assisting me in getting closer to a final resolution. Update to previous review! Received product today with a big black stain. So now have to wait again for a new pair of boots for Hudson who will be leaving to go back home. This has been a true nightmare! The only online company I have had this issue with.

I would never order from Cavender's online ever again. I placed an order on 12/13 that was stated on their website to delivered by 12/24. We'll today I called to check the status of my order and the rep said the order has been lost since 12/18, well I was never notified of this and had I not called known anything about. Against by better judgement, I went ahead and did a replacement instead of ordering from Boot Barn. Beware ordering online from Cavenders. I ordered a hat on 12/6/2025. On Sunday 12/7, I received an email indicating the order was being processed and I would be notified when the order was ready. On Monday, 12/8 at 4:28 pm I received an email indicating the order was ready for pickup and I had 2 days to pick up the order. I called customer service to see if I could get a few more days on Tuesday 12/9. No, call the store and speak to the manager. Call the store, manager can't help. I came to the store and I was in sweatpants and a big shirt and I feel like the employees judged me by my looks because they didn't greet me only looked also I was looking around and this one lady didn't even ask me if I needed help she just stared and walked off but a woman saw me and offered to help she was very helpful and kind her name was gorgina i believe she was very nice and helped me look for something I was looking for over.

Walked in for FR work jeans for my husband and had it not been for this location having his size that day we probably would have gone to another location. Thankfully we didn't need any help but it wouldn't have mattered anyway because no one came to check on us as they usually do. The check out line was about 5-6 customers waiting to be checked out in front of us. Decent selection, service consistently poor, even downright rude at times. My husband shops there sometimes , but I will no longer be spending my money in their establishment.

This is the worst western store I've ever visited. They refused to honor the $24.99 price, clearly advertised on the sales rack. I selected 2 shirts off this rack to purchase. They may have an argument if it were only a single occurrence, but 2 shirts? That's not a coincidence. Just poor poor service & management. I will never visit this store again. Buyers beware.
