Visited this afternoon and the women's side looked like one big garage sale. No organization at all. I even saw a shirt hung up inside out. The store was super slow, 4 vehicles outside. Employees standing around talking. Not one employee acknowledged me. Not the person at the front desk. Not the girl restocking some jeans right beside me. Not the 2 employees talking by the boots. Why is Cavenders such a horrible store when it comes to customer service? Every time I go there it's ridiculous. This store never has clothing arranged well. I don't even ask for help anymore....every time I do I get an "I don't know" or "no". Only reason I went back was to exchange a gift. That was a major disaster.

Bright y daughter in to find some jeans. It took forever to get someone to come help us even with two pages. Several female employees were walking around with their soft drinks in hand like they were sleepy. When interacting with these girls they were less than effective with customer service. Praying the Buck eventually to a young man who did a great job of helping us. If he hasn't shown up we would have left. This is upsetting as I have been shopping here for over 30 years. Everyone needs to know that if you are purchase anything that you need to try on at this location don't bother going the dressing rooms are shut down I was told until after the first of the new year maybe even longer, the excuse was because they don't have enough staff to keep them clean and theft as I watched four employees standing in front of the boot section talking the entire time I was in there. cashier 37641 was so nice as well as sells person 36040 but the older man was so rude to me and another employee on the other hand the male manager was very helpful and helped me fine boots for my daughter. if I could put no stars... I would.

I used to come here all the time for good quality made plus size Jean's and randomly when I come at my usual time once a year the biggest size they have is 14. Cuz that's apparently a plus size. Psssh. Very very disappointed

I have been into this location several times for one thing or another, and normally I have had a good experiences. The last time I went in I was there to buy a pair of boots and asked for a price match once I got to the checkout. I have done this a couple times before and I am not asking for a huge change in price. I have amazon prime and could get these boots tomorrow but I prefer to go into my local stores to spend my money. When I asked for a price match I was told no, and they had the nerve to chuckle with their response... read more

Very poor customer service. Will not return when there are other retailers who say hello and ask you if you need help and not avoid you very disappointed I really liked cavenders

Wow. I would agree with most of the other reviews on here. The customer service at the front of the store leaves much to be desired. This location is a little hard to get to on the access road but once you make it you will be happy with the selection. I've always received great service from the guys in the back. They help me find what I'm looking for, make great suggestions and haven't been very pushy. They check back often to see if I have any questions.
