If I want to invest in some new boots or quality clothing/accessories I go to Cavender's. I usually get assisted right away but never in a pushy way. My most recent experience Jesalyn showed me some items she thought I'd be interested in (I WAS!) and was super helpful. My husband found a great pair of boots there and Jacob showed our kids how he shapes and fits hats which was a big treat for them. My husband and I went in to look for some boots, a hat and I wanted a pair of jeans. Allen greeted us at the door and was attentive without being pushy, was respectful and responsive. He took me to the cute jeans section and even pointed the clearance items. He sized at fitted my husband's hat and helped him find an awesome pair of ostrich boots. Omg finally my desire to own a pair of cowboy boots was accomplished this trip . On my last trips , i never exclusively shopped but just desired in my dreams.(thats me) So. There are plenty of options in texas to shop but i choose this specific location because the whole massive plaza is full of stores. There are at least 3 stores just for boots , hats and other texan clothing as well as accessories. Like an old school , i love to go in the store and try on things. Great place, tons of boots for men. Wish they carried larger sizes in women's at this location like fort worth but still a great store with lovely customer service.

My go to place for my work boots, love the sales they have and coupons they send out via mail. The girls are very helpful and kind helped my wife find her 1st pair of boots. On the plus side they are bilingual as well And if they don't have the boots you want they will help you find a store which carries them.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Fairly good selection & some wide width boots in stock, just not in my size. The manager looked up the pair I wanted & told me which stores nearby had them listed in stock which was very nice customer service. I will return.

Excellent customer service! I had a good friend visiting the Dallas metro area and he wanted boots for his daughter. He was blown away with how laid back the shopping experience was! Definitely made a great impression on him!

Thank you Jasmine for your assistance. Y'all made this Cali girl happy... The selection here is great, all colors, sizes, and different styles. Jasmine was exceptionally great at explaining the difference In the boots. I appreciated her assistance ever so much. I wanted authentic boots. Prices start at about 99 dollars up t0 about 450. Defenitely well worth it.

Overall, my experience was good and I appreciated K'Lea a lot as she guided me to the best pair of boots for my child. However; I rated this store lower due to an older male in the kids boot section. He was very rude and short with me. I waited until he was finished with another family and when I knew he was free I asked him if he could help us.
