Overall, my experience was good and I appreciated K'Lea a lot as she guided me to the best pair of boots for my child. However; I rated this store lower due to an older male in the kids boot section. He was very rude and short with me. I waited until he was finished with another family and when I knew he was free I asked him if he could help us. Plenty of selections, easy to find and plenty of parking. Nice friendly staff to greet and attentive to offer help
Great experience. Staff (particularly Tiffany) was diligent, quick, and helpful. I was on my way to catch a flight out of DFW, and I called in to ask about size availability on 2 pars of kids boots. She verified inventory and had them ready at the register by the time I got in. I also asked about more other items I found online, and she enlisted the help of other staff to quickly find the sizes for all items in less than 10 minutes. I have nothing against Cavender's...great products! However the service is lacking. I went to the new location off of 20 and they were very friendly. So when I went to Centennial I had an understanding of what service I should receive. When I walked in there were about 3 employees standing by the register and all of them looked at me and said nothing. Then when I checked out the employee was very short with me and acted like she didn't want to be there. Won't be going back to that location

Walked into this store at 3:45pm today... lots of staff standing around talking - especially the young female employees at the front checkout. At no time during my 10min visit was I ever greeted nor asked if I needed any assistance, as they were all too busy chatting it up with a guy holding a puppy! Thanks - I'll just take my business across the street to Boot Barn. Maybe they're interested in assisting customers today because clearly no one in your store is.
Their service, it's lacking. We're from San Diego so we were already feeling out of place. We love country music but from the city. We were hoping to come here and get custom fitted with a cool cowboy hat. Service was a bit stand off-ish. We really felt dumb asking questions. We ended up getting an already made hat close to $200. Went to pay and the front was even less welcoming. Oh well. We weren't there to make friends. The place is nice and neat. However the customer service sucked. No one attended me or greeted me. There was less then 5 customers total, but more then 7 workers walking around and wouldn't even say excuse me when passing by, but quick to stare instead of asking "can I help you?" Very disappointed. I left and went to Gomez Western Wear completely opposite results. Greeted at the door, asked if I needed assistance, and walked me over to the area to help me personally.
absolutely terrible service. I came to this store the other night at 7:45 too get a new pair of boots and some clothes for the winter. The whole time i was there looking at boots i was approached once by a girl who asked if i needed help i said yes and asked for a pair of boots in a certain size she left and never came back. So i got my second choice in boots instead. Once i was ready to go it was nearing 8:30 i went to the checkout and the manager was closing an older chubby white man. He acted like i wasnt there.
