Arrived about an hour after opening to shop with family for quite a few items. Spent over 30 minutes in the store and not one associate asked if I needed help finding anything. There were only a few other customers and there was plenty of staff. My husband said he felt the same way. The environment was so bad I refused to buy anything. Had a much more pleasant customer service experience at the boot barn across the way. I agree with an earlier review about feeling completely uncomfortable the entire time.
Store was dirty and the men's fitting rooms were not handicapped accessible. The employees were no help at all
I definitely found some boots, their selection was great however the staff not so much. I walked away with two pairs with barely any assistance. When I asked if they had more sizes in the back the woman informed me that they did but they're hard to get to so she won't be getting them. So I suppose fortunately for me I spent less money but it would've been helpful to try on the boots I wanted. 0/10 for every single employee I came in contact with. 7/10 for the selection. I do not recommend this store! I went there because I had to buy two shirts, a pair of boots (when I go to the store is because I have money to pay, not just to get in the way) I was in the children's area looking for a pair of boots for my little son, my son was with me and I had a small backpack for more comfort, after a few minutes I looked at a store worker who looked at me constantly and walked to where I was walking, if I looked at some shirts she immediately went to those shirts and checked them, I was like that for ... read more

This location is the worst the girls I do mean girls not women are VERY RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL! UNHELPFUL! STAND AROUND & TRY TO LOOK PRETTY SEEMS TO BE ALL THEY CAN DO! Went to get a wallet for my husband and no one bothered to ask if I needed help. Three of them were joking around at the register in front of me. Poor customer service and I work in the healthcare industry. Save your time and go to Boot Barn. Much more pleasant workers.
No help what so ever, been in here for the last 25 minutes and not one employee has offered to help me. So pathetic here.... won't be buying here again. Such a joke!
The young ladies behind the counter spoke Spanish to each other while helping my husband... this is a complete show of disrespect. We will never go back!!
Rude rude rude. I dont understand the other good reviews unless they wrote them theirselves. Tried returning a pair of boots that were blemishing within a couple of weeks and were no help. Just kept saying oh they're fine.
