Our sales associate, Shane, was very friendly and helpful. The store was organized nicely. The female manager however, was awfully rude. The first time I encountered her, I was trying to put a boot back on a shelf and she very rudely got in my personal space, pulled a boot from the shelf and threw it to the guy behind her and walked off without saying anything to him as he tried on the boot.
