Well this place is just incredible. They have more cowboy boots than I could imagine being in one store. The variety of sizes, colors, styles, and fits was incredible. My wife and I wandered around looking at all of the options knowing that we were going to get a pair. Chris came by and helped us both select a pair of boots that fit perfectly, looked how we wanted, and fit in our price ranges. It was an awesome experience! Thank you! We will be back for another pair of boots.
I wanted to buy my husband a pair of Cowboy boots for his birthday, so we stopped by Cavender's to see what was available. When we first walked in, we weren't immediately greeted and a few people just looked at us without asking if we needed help. John was AMAZING!! I have large calves and needed a wide calf boot. He found some that I love, which are the first boots I've ever owned because I've never found any that I could fit it!! He was funny and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Loved my visit!!! Definitely the best experience ever :)

Went here to find hubby a new pair of boots. Gary was helping us and had great knowledge of the products. It also helped that he as well as my husband were retired military. I can definitely recommend this location as they have a great selection and knowledgeable staff.
cavenders boot city is the place to do business. I was in need of many things and i had david as my sales man. He knew all the kids clothes, boots, and all the rest. He had a great deal of knowledge of the adult things and was there to help with any other things that i may have had questions. He was very nice and not like typical salesman and try to run up a big ticket. I just wanted to take the time to thank him and i will definantly be coming back for my future western wear.
Looking for some western duds. These guys were awesome. Found the perfect boots. Wear a size mens 13, and they were one of the few places with extensive selection of luchesse boots in that size. Also found a straw hat that was steamed to fit while we waited. Was special to have attentive service at a chain place. Would recommend to anyone. The selection is hard to beat
Only came for the boots! The best and cutest boots over $100/$200. Bought kids boots that I'm glad I fit into and spent $120.
For westerners, easily 3 stars. Good selection of boots, western clothing, jeans, hats, belts, children's, to adults, the only thing is . . . MANY OF THEM Made in China. So, if I want authentic cowboy boots, I have to travel to Forth Worth Texas, and find Made in China? Two of my sister-in-laws bought two leather upper boots, man-made soles Made in China.
