Service was really bad, nobody helped me and when I asked where certain items where they just pointed instead of helping or showing me. I came all the way from Hawaii to come to this store and the girls there was not helpful at all. I did spend $433 there. My cell phone ended up dying and I asked if I could use there phone to call me a taxi and she told me "NO" cause they can't use there phones and she didn't know how to work the land line.... Staff was very rude and no one wanted to help! I asked a couple of employees here for help and I seemed like a bother to them. I ended up having to google the differences in products since they were a Christmas present and I had no idea what I was buying. Will not shop here again. I'll stick to online.
I've been in there on a few occasions and it did not take me long to realize that the staff don't care for Hispanics to be in this store.
R.U.D.E. My husband was looking to find a nice pair of boots and willing to pay top dollar for the right pair. We were shuffled through the aisles and basically told each brand fits differently, figure it out on your own and then let me know when you're ready to check out. We left Cavenders and a week later found Fincher's in Burleson, at the recommendation of a friend. Jack measured Ed's foot and helped him find the perfect pair of Lucchese Boots for $200 LESS than the same pair at Cavenders. [insert boot pun here] ;... read more
