Great selection of boots! Wide range of style, sole, and price. All sales people are super helpful too.
They added to the price on the tag, i felt fooled by this shop! First i thought it is an honest business but i was wrong!

There older man sales associate was not helpful at all. He instead preferred to make off-color comments regarding how "when you're at work you're there to work, not a fashion show" just for mentioning that I was looking for a particular style that I liked. I honestly felt rather humiliated being talked to in that manner. I'm the one paying upwards of 200 dollars so I don't get what his deal is. Online shopping is the way to go.
What a joke for a western wear store. I doubt anybody working there has been off pavement. If you want jeans or shirt, you will be fine. If want a hat, go to Maverick in the stockyards. These fools couldn't shape silly putty.
I purchased a Charlie hat and asked for it to be shaped. 2 of the employees said it looked fine. Unfortunately, because I was in a somewhat hurry, I didn't argue with them. I got home and tried on the hat again. It needed shaping. I took it to Boot Barn, and they shaped it for me. Terrible customer service!
Good selection. Male sales Staff was more interested in flirting with the young girls so I didn't get any help. Despite me standing right next to him and obviously needing help. Found what I wanted after extensive searching on my own (I was just exchanging same boots I bought online for a different size in store). Price was cheaper in store than online and manager wasn't going to credit me the difference... till I insisted. So customer service sucks but good selection...2 stars.
Went in there to buy a cowboy hat and the older man with a mustache was no help at all customer service was terrible. He was also really wanting to get the commission following me to the counter but I had to tell them put the commission on the house because he didn't give me any assistance.
Came here total of 3 times now. First two was just looking at boots and the third was to buy a pair because I needed ones for work. Every time just super high pressure. Just let me look at some boots with out being circled. Just simply can't stand the staff
We were offered zero assistance and we had to climb on a bench to reach the boots we wanted. There were at least 4 employees at the entrance and not one offered to help us. At check-out, I was explaining that I had a coupon via a text, but couldn't locate it and she offered zero alternatives. Lastly, not a single employee wore a mask and it is very concerning for your employees and their safety and they do not know what customers may be exposing them to.
