Never bought western pants. Needed to go with my new boots. Went in, tried on by myself. I needed some help with fitting. I am tall and thick (I wear a size 14) so bigger than what I could find. Went to the counter to ask for some assistance because I ALMOST have my fit. I hear the girl call for someone to come help for more than 5 minutes.... nothing. You have to weigh about 100 pounds to walk thRough the clothing section of the store so you don't knock things iff the rack. The manager assumes everyone wears a small and medium sizes but doesn't realize that they need to put some bigger size clothing in the store
My commissions went to another sales rep that actually cared to assist me. The older cocky mustache sales rep cared less to help me find the perfect boots I was looking for. He came to claim his commission and I felt that he didn't deserve it because he wasn't helping me, he's loud and doesn't mind telling customers he don't care about commissions that he has customers that take care of him, but he doesn't seem to take care of the customers.
I am just consistently let down by the inventory stocked at this location. In the middle of winter no coats outside of a size medium. I really want calendars to be my go to place. This is the closest one to me. It's just always a let down. Other locations have been better.
I wanted to buy 3 pair of boots and sadly I could not get any service. I called from inside the store asking for help and no one came. I liked this store before today.
Staff was rude. My dad needed help to find some pants and a big tall guy with glasses said he'll be right back but he didn't. He started helping another customer. They didn't even bother to help. Also they don't have a lot of pants. Never coming there again
The only reason they didn't get 1 star is because of Jack. Jack has helped my fiancé and I several times when making our boot purchases and he is fantastic, very helpful, not pushy, and very informative. Other than that the staff at this location is horrible. I don't know if it is family run or what but all of the young ladies at the counter are lazy and rude. Staff was extremely rude. I returned a pair of boots and he (the manager I presume) accused me of wearing them (The boots were not worn. The tags were still on and they hadn't left their box.) Gave no explanation as to why he even assumed they were worn! He threw a little tantrum about having to return them. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I went and got a better pair of boots elsewhere.
If you want to dress up as a cowboy/girl for a boot scooting night on the town, this place would work. Staff doesn't have a clue about their products. Over priced, poor service.
