They showed up when they said they would and completed all the work quickly and satisfactorily.
Tim did an excellent job quickly diagnosing the electrical issue in our home and repairing it right away. He was very respectful and maintained safe social-distancing for COVID. I appreciated that he clearly explained what he was seeing and shared great advice on how to prevent future issues. We are fans of CET!
We put in a request for service with American Home Shield. Tim was sent to help us with our issue. He was extremely knowledgeable. He identified the problem and explained everything in terms we could understand. Repair was done and then he made sure everything was working correctly. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
Jamie immediately diagnosed the issues with two receptacles powering the entertainment center and refrigerator and installed new recepticles supplied by me. He indicated that overheating was produced by a loose connection that burned out the live wire in the receptacle for the entertainment center.
