The technician was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and polite. Prior to his arrival I had a nightmare exam with an electrician that misdiagnosed my issue and made a false report to my home warranty program.
When Brandon got here he found the circuit in the sauna on which we were going to replace the infra-red carbon panel had no power. So we figured the problem was not in the carbon heating panel which is what I had thought. He then went about trouble shooting the wiring inside the sauna and located the problem inside some of the panelling - a disconnected plug inside the top of the unit. Once that was fixed the old carbon panel worked just fine! Kudos to him for his persistence,

I called Certified because several of our kitchen outlets stopped working, and they had done terrific work for us in the past. Gary helped me figure out the problem over the phone -- it was a simple "reset" of a button -- and saved me the service call. It doesn't get any more trustworthy than that! They will continue to be my first call for electrical service.
Chuck did an amazing job putting up a few new light fixtures in my house. He was patient and extremely helpful. He was also professional and friendly.
