Just fine. The technician arrived early within the agreed time frame and was courteous, professional and friendly. He took very little time to correct the problem and made sure everything worked. We have a very old house with an outdated original electrical system, and we will definitely have CET back for other problems as they arise, as they are familiar with old homes like ours (ca. 1911). It turned out it just needed new bulbs, but I didn't know how to get the fixture open to replace them. The workers from this company are always polite and thorough. Yard light didn't work

Jessie, Did a great job and I would definitely hire him again. My only problem was that I had to wait 5 days for them to come out to do the work. I guess these companies just get busy. I also was told that he would give me a 30 minute window and it took a bit longer than that. not a big deal but would have preferred him being there sooner. needed 5 smoke detectors installed in a condominium

Yesterday we lost power to our internet, phone and TV as well as to a couple of lights in our basement. I was desperate and called Certified for emergency service primarily because they had been at our home on several previous occasions and completed work in a timely and professional manner so I trusted them. I called Certified Electrical Technologies on 5/23/18 and spoke to "Leia," who was helpful in setting up an appointment for the following week on Wed, May 30th between 9 AM - 1:00 PM. On the day of my service, I received a call from "Eric," their technician, to let me know he was on his way to my home; he arrived 10 minutes later.
