I received excellent service from CET from the initial appointment to the installation of the lights. Alan, the technician, was very knowledgeable and provided helpful suggestion with my project. He completed the job in approximately 4 hours and left the kitchen as clean as he found it. I'm very pleased with the result. Installed 6 recessed lights in kitchen

The entire job from initial analysis of the problem to the final installation of a properly functioning switch went beautifully. The technician who did the repair clearly knew his business and was dependably prompt and very polite and pleasant. Considering the extent of the problem and the time and effort that went into the repair I feel the cost was certainly reasonable. Based on this experience I would readily contract with this company in the future. Replacement of a defective power switch on our KitchenAid cooktop.

Initially, it went fine. The technician arrived within the timeframe, and installed all products within a reasonable timeframe. The technician said the total time spent was 1 hour and 10 minutes. Since the company charges on a half hour basis, I was billed for 1.5 hours. That was fine. Unfortunately, the technician was not thorough. He did not ensure all smoke detectors were working properly with the wired connections. Only one of three was working properly (i.e. receiving power via the wired connection).
