Lost power to kitchen stove and microwave on a Friday night. Got an immediate response on that Friday night from Gary through the contact email on the website. He gave great advice on a temporary fix to get them working again until an appointment could be made. On Saturday office staff were very professional in setting up the appointment for Tuesday. The company/technician kept me informed when he would arrive. He came in and immediately started working on the project. We asked him a couple of questions that he answered. We have used this company about 6 times and have always been pleased with the work done. I needed to replace a ceiling fan/light.

Great service all around. The tech called the morning of to give me an ETA, and when he arrived got straight to it. He was also able to look at a couple other issues we were having. Entire job with cleanup took 2 hours. Communication was excellent, pricing was transparent and fair, and the tech was very helpful re: our other issues and my questions. Will definitely use again for electrical. Ran new line for water heater and fixed porch light
