Installed wifi termostat and checked electrical panel for issues Technician was prompt and performed the work quickly and correctly. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use this company again for my future electrical work.

Microwave installed a year ago stopped working. Issue turned out to be the outlet, not the microwave. Certified Electrical was called in to figure out what the issue was and spent a good deal of time determining the cause and offering solutions for us to consider for dealing with it. Once decided, they came back and completed the work of moving the outlet to a new location. They were very professional and completed the work on time and at the price they had committed. They diagnosed problems with a "linked" smoke alarm system with eight units. They replaced all eight units. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and very fast. He took down all of the prior units and wired in new connectors for the new units, plugged them all in and tested the system. So far all is good, no false alarms or other problems.

He inspected the electric box and gave us a second opinion on what action to take resulting from water leak that dripped water into the box. Recommended replacement of any circuit breakers that fail in the future because of the water. Box was not damaged and did not need replacement. We had a pinhole leak in a water line which resulted in water dripping into the electrical box We had another electrician inspect the box. One of the many benefits of staying busy is that our techs never try to extend the time on a job or suggest unnecessary work. A lot of other firms generate work in this way and it is dishonest. We are 100% honest and are much more interested in building trust than to attempt to charge for something that does not need to be done.
