Certified Electric Technologies removed my old ceiling fan and installed a new ceiling fan with remote control. The technician, Dale, telephoned first and arrived at my home at the scheduled time. He was friendly, totally professional, and knew exactly what had to be done. And, he had so much patience! Heavy up of the house: replaced old circuit breaker, added additional circuits as requested, added grounding to bring the system into code. Both electricians were there a bit early, dealt well with unexpected changes (the whole neighborhood lost power at one point, unrelated to their work) and were professional and friendly throughout. Inspected the property's electrical based on their point based inspection sheet ........ Well the scheduler was not very customer friendly. The technician however, was personable and explained the problem. The advertisement is ambiguous. The inspection you buy is actually a point inspection that the company has predetermined. The inspection is, quite frankly, worthless and a solid waste of my money. I pad for a company to come do an inspection and not at all attempt to repair my original problem. Install a new Ceiling Fan/Light Fixture Very Well. Gentleman did a professional job. handled work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Some additional effort needed to be made to accomodate the job, including running some additional wiring. Gentleman assessed the requirements quickly and made the necessary adjustments.
Diagnosed bad GFI outlet, replaced it, tested it. Allen was incredibly prompt and arrived exactly when he said he would. He called 30 minutes before arrival which meant I could leave work when I needed to instead of burning up leave sitting around waiting. This alone saved me money! I had an independent wire/junction run for my microwave (from the kitchen to the basement). I also had a fan installed in my living room where there was no previous electricity available. This company is great to work with. They were fast, kind, courteous, explained everything and had very competitive prices. Showed me how to correct the breaker switch for my bedroom lights and mounted a ceiling light fixture. First rate. Got the job done quickly and thoroughly and answered all of my questions about other possible lighting issues. Also a nice guy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Gary the owner who made my appointment over the phone was also very helpful.
The provider repaired many small electrical jobs around our house to get it ready for move-in. The provider called before showing up, came on time, and did the work well. The overall cost was lower than I had been quoted over email, which made me very happy :) Great experience with this company.
