Installed a ceiling fan located on a cathedral ceiling. I contacted CET on a Sunday for a price on installing a ceiling fan on a cathedral ceiling. I received a response in an hour. I than set up an appointment for a Friday between 10-2. On Friday, they called at 12:56 letting me know they were on their way and were to arrive in 20 minutes. Once there, the job went fine. Certified fixed two things--installed one ground fault receptacle and replaced a circuit breaker. It was not clear if two ground fault receptacles would be needed, so I purchased two Angie's List coupons for a total of $90. When I called, the Angie's List representative told me that I would get a refund of $45 if I only needed to use one of the coupons. Purchased coupon to have two ceiling fans installed. Understood that provider would cut holes in drywall to wire the fan. My original appointment had to be postponed because the technician was sick. When I called to see if someone was on standby because I had taken a day of leave to meet the technician, the customer service was awful. I was called a jerk and talked down to. rewire a bathroom. troubleshoot a lightpost outdoors and an outside blown/melted breaker. Provider came out 2 times. The first time was to rewire a bathroom. Wiring was done quickly and cleanly. Rob took the time to explain what he had done and gave some good suggestions on placement.
