Needed Dishwasher connection updated before new dishwasher is installed. The wire insulation had degraded. David arrived on time. Inspected electrical panel and dishwasher wires. Stated that he didnt need to run a new wire to the panel because there was enough to work with. Finished within an hour. Offered to look at the electrical panel because another company had said it needed to be moved to the tune of $11,000. Many local service firms (including those ranked on AL) are employing these fads in an effort to increase their revenue at the expense of the consumer. Installed a ceiling fan. VERY happy with Snap Fix project! It was soooo easy and the outcome is excellent. Certified contacted me about 1 day after I uploaded to Snap Fix. Check all outlets, lights and circuit breakers panels. Identified non-functional GFI outlet and asked if I wanted to replace it. Highly recommended! Todd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me understand what he was looking for during the inspection. He obviously enjoys his job and sharing his knowledge with his customers. I would definitely use CET again for any of my electrical needs.

Yesterday I began experiencing intermittent power to parts of my house. I phoned CET this morning to schedule service. After describing my issue, the gentleman who answered the phone offered an excellent description of the likely cause of the issue. He advised that in all likelihood, this was an issue between my house and the transformer, an issue which my electrical provider, BGE, was responsible for fixing. Our team of Service Advisors (who are all electricians) take calls all day long, ask questions and are frequently able to provide a solution to a caller's issue without the need for an appointment which saves our clients money.
