RecommendedCFI Academy delivers what they advertise! I attended an accelerated school that had all the latest technology, equipment, and very nice aircraft. However, the other school couldn’t give me what I needed after one year of time, whereas, CFI Academy was monumental in providing the tools I needed to pass my Commercial and CFI practical test in just six (6) weeks! I was recommended by my flight Instructor to wrap up my CFI training at CFI Academy in Lodi. It was the best decision ever. Prince is an amazing teacher. He’s very knowledgeable and knows the FAR regulations like the back of his hand. He is a true veteran in the aviation community devoting his career to teaching. I passed my CFII! That concludes my check rides down here in California. I figured now that I am finished I can give you an honest review of the CFI Academy. I highly recommend CFI Academy for anyone who wants to receive a quality education in their endeavor to become a flight instructor, in any capacity. I originally applied to train for and earn the CFI and CFII ratings in four weeks. After completing the first two weeks I discovered that it would be possible to obtain the MEI rating as well. I extended for a week (total of 5 weeks) and the superb professionals I had the pleasure of working with, had me ready to complete all three ratings before I left. I loved my experience at CFI academy. Prince is an insanely knowledgeable ground instructor and teaches things in the most simple but thorough way. He gets that sometimes information is grazed over in training and finds what the weak area is and instead of memorizing the content, he teaches it so you can understand it. Love the experience, your classmates and all they employees at the school becomes your extended family. Prince has a great knowledge and he makes sure you understand all the training. The DPE that the school use is a great guy, it makes that stressful feeling go really fast specially when your first langue is not english. Great experience and once again I recommend the school 100%

This is truly an incredible place. Prince is very knowledgeable and knows how to share the knowledge. I have known many knowledgeable people but not everyone is good at diagnosing a student's deficiencies and properly correcting. He is good at both. I got everything I had hoped for and then some. CFI academy is a great place for anyone to get their initial instructor training. My experience: A dorm style room was available for my whole stay during training. We would attend ground school mon-sat from 9am-4pm. It was a class of 8 people (4 from my class, 4 from the previous week class and the next week 4 new students) the first week prince would give us material to go over and the previous class would give maneuver lessons and help us.
